This is purely a practice post based on the assumption/hope that no one has found this blog yet. I'll just say that anyone who was out cycling today - and there were a lot of people including many young families doing just that - should have had a wonderful day. There must have been 70-80 of us out with Wheel Easy relishing a golden autumn day with some of the clearest views from Brimham Rocks and Dallowgill Moor (which is where some of us went) we have ever seen. I could mention some appalling aggressive driving and the disappointment of the paltry cycle lanes on Knaresborough Road but I'll leave my campaining hat off and celebrate what was an almost entirely serene day in very good company. Also I want to see how this post looks, hopefully with a photo.
